Hi , you probably answered this question already , with the mason jars …when weighed in supermarket at the checkout do they take off that approx weight ? I am from new zealand , and ive tried something similar but i love that you take cloth bags (i’m going to adopt that ) but we (in my town) do not have bulk buying. So I grow my own and husband hunts his meat ( im a vegetarian) . Gina
